1. 7-Day Eligibility
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, sealed, and in the same condition that you received it.
Since Panjiri is a food product, we cannot accept returns for opened or consumed jars due to hygiene and health safety reasons.
2. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a product that is:
Damaged during shipping (e.g., broken jar or seal).
Incorrect (wrong weight or variant).
Expired or has quality issues.
Please contact us immediately within 24-48 hours of receiving the parcel. We will replace the item free of cost or offer a full refund. We may ask for a picture or video of the damaged product as proof.
3. Change of Mind
If you have simply changed your mind, you can return the product within 7 days provided it is completely sealed and unopened.
In this case, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund (deducting the initial delivery charges).
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
Approved Refunds: Will be processed within 3-5 business days.
Payment Method: Refunds will be transferred via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa (as per your preference).
