4. Shipping and Delivery

• Cash on Delivery (COD): We offer Cash on Delivery services across Pakistan. You agree to pay the full amount upon delivery of the parcel.

• Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery time is 3-5 working days. However, delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes) are beyond our control.

• Refusal of Delivery: If a customer repeatedly refuses delivery without a valid reason, we reserve the right to blacklist the customer from future orders.

• Our products are made from natural and organic ingredients (such as Desi Ghee, Nuts, Semolina). However, Lazzat Al Bayt does not claim to cure, treat, or prevent any disease.
